Event Updates from Last Week: See What Daily Juice is Up To!

Posted by Toni Sarain on

Happy Wednesday everyone!

This week is going by so quickly but you know what they say..."Time flies when you're having fun"!

We at Daily Juice had a lot of fun and exciting things to do today, but before I tell you about what happened, here is a recap of what we accomplished in the community last week!

I sampled our fresh, raw, cold pressed juices at ALL the Barre3 studios in Austin. Barre3 is a great community partner for us because their workout philosophy focuses on whole body health, complementing our vision of whole nutrition! Their approach is based off of 3 pillars: exercise, nourishment, and connection which we can all agree leads to a happier more balanced life.

For Valentine’s day we joined Blue Honey Yoga, our neighbors located down the sidewalk from our new 6th street location. They hosted a “Love at the Barre” class benefitting Go Red For Women. Did you know that heart disease and stroke is the number one killer of women? GRFW is a passionate social initiative created by the American Heart Association designed to empower women to take charge of their health.

Lastly, we made an appearance at the Cycle+Run+Lift challenge event hosted by Love Cycling and Crush Fitness on Valentine’s Day. Participants took a cycling class at Love, ran down Lamar in groups led by Lululemon to Crush Fitness, where they took a class incorporating weight lifting. Groups ran back up to Love Cycling afterwards and were greeted by Daily Juice with bottles of Balance to wind down and refresh at the end.
