Sunrise Smoothie (recipe)

Serves one or two

The colour of this is thanks to a few simple ingredients: pineapple, banana, yellow bell pepper and a bit of baobab powder. It's sweet, light and delicious. Oh and this smoothie has over 500% of your RDI for vitamin C. Bam.


2 medium bananas
1 medium yellow bell pepper
1 cup frozen pineapple
2 teaspoons baobab powder (optional)
1-2 cups water or coconut water

Blend it all up! Drink!
