Turmeric Berry Smoothie Recipe

The more I hear about turmeric, the more I know I should eat it everyday. It's great for everything! And while you might think it sounds weird to add turmeric to a fruit smoothie, it's actually delicious; the flavour is mild but enhances the rest of smoothie. Try it! 3 peeled, frozen bananas 1 cup blueberries 2 peeled tangelos  1 teaspoon chunk fresh turmeric (or use 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder) 2-3 cups almond milk or water, as needed Blend everything until smooth, adding liquid as needed.

Spiced Berry Smoothie Recipe

Loaded with cinnamon, ginger and vanilla which all help to regulate and cleanse the bloodstream; plus berries that are chock-full of antioxidants that fight off disease. Live long and drink smoothies! 1 cup frozen rasberries 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 3 frozen bananas  1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 cm chunk fresh ginger 1/4 teaspoon chunk vanilla bean 2-3 cups water or plant milk, as needed. Blend everything together! Yum.
