The Cold-Pressed Juicing Way of Life

If you haven’t ventured out into the world of cold-pressed juicing, you’re missing out on an opportunity to feel fantastic and get your health to an optimal level. Since I’ve started drinking cold-pressed juices, I’ve noticed feeling overall better in my entire body. My skin is clearer, my digestion is better, and the biggest difference I’ve noticed is my energy levels have increased tremendously.

What I have learned, though, is that the juicing world can present a bit of confusion. There are two specific main juicing methods that are most popular- High Pressure Processed (otherwise known as H.P.P.). and Cold-Pressed. In short, H.P.P juices have a higher shelf life and less nutrients and cold-pressed juices have a 2-3 day shelf life and have TONS of nutrients.

At Daily Juice, we use a cold-pressed juicier in our stores. We take the prepped fruit or vegetable, juice it in our cold-pressed juicer and create large batches that then go immediately into a sealed bottle and into our cold case, where it is ready for the consumer. This method ensures the consumer that they’re getting the freshest, most nutrient-dense bottle of juice possible.  This method of juicing also means that we, at Daily Juice, cannot sell our bottles of juice in grocery stores. By the time these bottles would reach grocery store shelves, they would be either too close to being expired, if not already expired.

With juicing, it’s best not to take the shortcuts that may seem like a better option. You could buy a bottle of juice from your nearby health food store, and while it may seem more cost-efficient and nutritious, it’s actually not worth it. You’re better off going to your local juicebar, to Daily Juice, and choosing our cold-pressed juices to live a happier, more wholesome and healthier life.
